THE BEHIND THE SCENES AT NO BS KITCHEN

Stefanie Miley (aka Steffi) is the heart of NO BS KITCHEN- She is a happily married mother of 2 daughters and numerous fur babies who in addition to raising her family and managing her household has spent the majority of her career serving others in both nursing and social services. Having developed severe eating disorders by the age of 11, she spent many years in and out of intense nutrition therapy learning how to develop and nurture healthy relationships with the food she puts into her body and she has always had a passion for helping others learn to do the same.
